Technological powerhouse, if you only want to work in your life then Infobip is ideal for you

Cons

Relationship with managers is poor, they expect from you to work more than 8hrs regulaty without getting payed, expecting you to work from vacation. Fluctuation of people is very high. If you want to have a good work-life balance, dont work here

Thank you for the review. We enable our employees to have a work-life balance by making a regular review of work inflow, and sprints are planned around the leave plans. Infobip also gives an opportunity to employees to take ownership and responsibility for the code, but we have rules in place to ensure that employees who are supporting the functioning of the code get adequate compensation and rest accordingly. Cons

Not that much competitive salary for developers Too much centralized. Lot of stuff depends on Zagreb office, where local offices don't have their own autonomy regarding many things
