Pros

- In my team, in general you can ask questions and ask for help. - Onboarding program was great. Had chance to meet colleagues with whom we mostly work remotely. - In Corona time it's possible to work from home, before Corona 5 times per month. - Bonuses and benefits like medical check. (Bonuses - In comparison with some other companies in EU is not that good, but in comparison with Croatian average it's good.) - Company is building nice and modern campuses and restaurant for employees inside. (But this is only for Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina). - "Beepers educate Beepers" program where we can see what other teams work.

Cons

- Hard to grow and move from your position. - Not enough challenges. - Bad time and organization management. - Slow improvement of tools, processes and so on. - Low salaries for this type of industry. - Progress depending on how good you are with whom, not necessarily based on your knowledge and working experience.

Pros

Infobip is eager to grow as a company

Cons

No idea how to run a US company, extremely reactive and not proactive, a company that works on favors and who you know, money and growth before people and not realizing you need the people to make the money.
