Great colleagues. Positive atmosphere. A lot of freedom to do what you feel is right. Great CTO. Good benefits. Good company financial results that are driving a good future IPO.

Cons

Company leadership is constantly pushing rapid expansion, product deliveriea and company changes, primarily due to IPO evaluation. This causes havoc on almost all company levels. The middle and upper management are uncapable of balancing the growth and increasing pressure. The product quality suffers greatly. Unfortunately, development practices are far from “serious” IT company. The company has recently started “caring” about every penny and this looks really cheap in employee eyes.
