- Open culture - Opportunity to interact with different employees spread across different countries - Exposure to new upcoming technologies - Process inside the company

Cons

- Change of structure is quite often, hence this results in a lot of confusion about who is doing what.

Here in Infobip, we work in a diversified workforce & it never poses a challenge in your daily job. Another most important thing is in most cases you have your freedom in your method of delivery as long as it's compliant with policies.

Cons

Sometimes the growth within the organization seems to be unclear.
