Smart and warm people, global exposure and opportunity to challenge others and be challenged intellectually very often. Possibility to work with people across the globe and learn about technology on daily basis.

Cons

Leadership immaturity at some levels, not paying enough attention to people's voices in crucial times. Some processes became extremely slow and complicated due to company direction.
