The culture of exchanging and driving ideas. Team work and team spirit. Constant changes and improvements. Kaizen x10. Fast product development which doesn't give opportunity to come to comfort zone. Constant requirement for improvements in skills and knowledge with environment for that. Multicultural teams, so you really feel yourself as a part of international company. Opportunity to change the functions or try new field.

Cons

Hard for those who get used to be in comfort zone and not comfortable with constant changes.
