- good & positive culture - right place to learn, develop and grow - great people with diverse cultures and backgrounds - bright industry which still has long future - global exposure with international atmosphere

Cons

- sometimes jobs quite pressuring and limiting work-life balance - some process/procedure are pretty much still manual and quite long - some departments still not get proper empowerment, too centralized

Pros

Top management is very much interested to invest for employees. Company structure is quite flat and top managers are also easily accessible. Has lots of offices worldwide, so employees can get international exposure very easily.

Cons

Regional and local management are not always aligned with HQ's vision and mentality. Salary structure is also not that great.
