The engineering department is a really good place to work (don't know about the other departments). There is no company politics. A lot of smart and proactive people. Employees can influence the organization. Good work-life balance

Infobip's environment is a beautiful mix of startups and multinationals working environments, - The company is growing exponentially so there is a huge room for growth - The recruitment process was great, it was transparent with all steps included in the process and what to expect within each step - People within Infobip are extremely friendly and supportive, it's wired within our culture that together we succeed so you can always reach out to colleagues from all over the world to help you with any inquiry - There is always room for creative ideas and suggestions to enhance any of our processes, people are always open to listen and understand

Cons

since we are growing exponentially, sometimes processes are not yet clearly defined however I think this normal and we are always and quickly improving
