Very welcoming environment, a thorough onboarding programme (absolutely no sink or swim, they give you time and materials to prepare you for the role, no matter how senior you are or how much experience you bring) and a great sense of security due to the backing of a large, stable and very profitable global company.

Cons

Responsibilities are not always well defined, but so far this hasn't been a huge setback.

The selection process was clear from the beginning, the interviews were carried out under clear questions and focused on knowing in detail the skills developed in previous positions.

Cons

Improve the time elapsed between one interview and the next. As far as possible I would suggest reducing it.
