Infobip is extremely fast growing company, expanding in number of offices, employees - and here we are talking about all roles: developers, marketing and sales experts, you name it. Lot's of young, energetic and agile people - fully open to sharing their knowledge and experience. The thing I enjoy the most working in Infobip is team work culture - all egos are put aside: you're encouraged to express your opinion openly in front of CxO's, VP's etc.

Cons

In many business segments you can see lack of structure - which is not surprising considering fast growth. Just a few layers of structure would help to make processes smoother...
