Really nice people, the environment it's really ok, very multicultural and you can learn a lot of new things

Cons

In my story I tried to approach human resources people to discuss problems with my team leader who had had serious attitude problems (in my opinion a sad case of bipolarity) and nothing happened ... even when the complaint not only It was mine.

Pros

Company for young people with no experince willing to listen uncompetent management.

Cons

Extremely disorganized company, with no clear vision. Management is limited with its "small town mindset". Lack of experience of department leads. Mindset "we are still a startup" with 1800 employees is laughable. POP department was completely wiped out in just a few weeks.
