Positively challenging me to be the best version I can be - in my business tasks as well as in my communication skills which I thought I had well developed, but here are smoothened :) Work atmosphere in Infobip is something I find very inspiring. You can feel they are satisfied and honestly doing efforts to truly solve issues and not to hide them under the carpet. In Infobip we do a lot of brainstorming and I have never came upon "no" as an answer to my "can you help me?". If not concrete solution, people here are offering discussions that can direct you.

Cons

Occasional discussions appear, but that is something that cannot be identified as "cons", it is normal. Also, there is a lot of Bippers and sometimes it is hard for one to immediately know the POC they need at the moment - but also, that is normal and is solved by contacting team leader.

Pros

Knowledge and personal development is valued at the company. Since it is a global company the work is interesting. Company is constantly growing and expanding to new markets. The potential is big and the service they provide is on a high level. Management has clear direction both on high and low level. Inter department communication and cooperation is great and efficient. People relations inside the office is great and positive. Career development is available in every direction inside the company. Education is important and readily available internally and externally. There are at least two parties a year, if that interest you.

Cons

So far none. Everything is as expected or better.

Infobip takes you seriously from the start and they invest in teaching and developing you and your skills. There are no unrealistic pressures. If you wish to be in an environment which is spear-heading the communication market with innovative approach and solutions, Infobip is the place to be. The open-concept and positive attitude of the company is motivating on a different degree and it influences you on development and discipline. Oh, and speak up. There is no stupid ideas. Infobip listens.

Cons

With such a dynamic market and ever-changing technology in the domain in which Infobip works, it is always a risky business. But that's what motivates us to be ready for anything and everything.
