Pros

They are great at creating a big bubble with the international environment and the chance to learn and travel but in real they save all the opportunities for their people from Balkans and try to convince others that there chances are coming.

Cons

Worst management ever, lack of focus on important stuff and unprofessional techniques in solving any problem. They never admit that they are wrong and tend to put the blame on others to find a justification for their mess in front of the company board. They deceive candidates to attract them to sign with them by sending them offers with a different content and promises than what will happen once they join the company. I regret each moment spent in service in such a corrupted environment.
