Pros

I really like engineering culture at Infobip. Staying humble, staying curious, learning by doing. We, as a team, are always pushed to improve our selves and improve our organization. Projects from technical perspective are really demanding, but it is a great opportunity for engineers. I'm surrounded by a great people and I'm really enjoying every moment of it.

Cons

Company is growing and there is a constant change. Change is necessary, but it is also hard. It is not easy to preserve startup spirit and grow like crazy
