      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn about telecom industry. One of the best companies in the business. Mostly young colleagues with lot of potential. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere, not a lot of pressure even though this is a serious and challenging job. Company is still on the rise with bright future.

      Cons

      Sometimes team leaders have to much people to lead and they do not notice some important things which may cause team members to lose motivation and enthusiasm. Salaries are good but just that. They should be a bit better. Company does not invest in employees education. New employees with some experience mostly have initial advantage over employees who started professional career inside the company.

      Pros

      Employees are quite young and the HR and management has done a great job of hiring people that fit right into the office and hit the ground running. Easy to talk to management about ideas

      Cons

      There were not many cons for the office I worked in. It was always a joy coming into work and seeing the other colleagues.

      Pros

      Some experienced and knowledgeable people in Telecommunications . Not much more I could say to be honest. I couldn’t really think of any pros

      Cons

      Pay was quite low and every employee’s package was, surprisingly,known to others in the office so when you blend that with the average employee age ( 27-28) you get a high-school-like competition and all around behaviour.Very little structure, very little ethics and professionalism sadly on low levels even from local management. Gossip-and set ups..not to mention Plenty of cold calling and no proper acquisition strategy - many in the office so called sales managers would spam other online businesses without tailoring their approach. Management overweening and incompetent to lead. Personally I would have been much better off without having been a part of their company.
