Pros

Its a modern company, that have manage to keep the startup atmosphere still after 10 years and offices worldwide. Great colleagues, good salary, great working hours. Also very good on following trends and adjust after them, a flexibel company!

Cons

Im at a small office so some new colleagues would be fun.

Pros

The salary was better than average salaries for the same job in the country. The working environment is nice. There is a free coffee vending machine and a free food vending machine in the office, the working hours are standard, but you're allowed to take as many breaks as you need.

Cons

The worst part of working there were people in some departments. The company culture is in general absolutely horrible. Also, you're expected to work off-hours (which are sometimes paid sometimes not). There is an abundant amount of work and not nearly enough people to cover it all.

As with any organisation, sometimes you find a match with the culture and sometimes not. What is important is that you are surrounded with people you enjoy to work with and share the same culture.
