There's opportunities in every department for young and wiilling to learn people. Team work is great and if anyone is hungry for international and leadership roles she/he can get them in this company.

Cons

Fast growth sometimes causes pain in some departments.

high autonomy and creativity at work visible impact of one's work international work experience very young and dynamic environment company that actually tries to keep employees satisfied

Cons

lack of organization led to bottle-necks at some processes knowledge transfer to new employees isn't good enough
