      Pros

      I am a professional with 5+ years of experience and I have been working in Infobip for a few months now, switched from a completely different industry and I can say the only thought that runs my mind for these few months is "this is where I finally want to stay". You get to work in a exciting industry, with great compensation benefit (gym membership, free full yearly medical check up with 30% discount for other family members, office perks like fruit, coffee, tea, Cedevita :) cookies etc). Very friendly environment, which was the most important to me while transitioning here. No pressure from management, au contraire, they are taking a slow pace in building this team, because it's important for them to trully build people who will stay and lead, and expand the team further. To sum it all up, it's better than I hoped for.

      Cons

      Nothing really. So far, so god.

      Pros

      You have freedom to suggest and change things around you no matters your seniority in the company, which results in great opportunities for your professional development. You see new potential, you see something you want to change and you just need to speak up and go for it. Another great thing is people you work with. They are amazing! Working with such a great people inspire you to always aim for higher. You can learn a lot from them, and they let you speak up, argument your attitudes and suggestions no matters if you are new member of the team or have been there for years. Coming to Infobip was probably the best decision I've made and I keep telling my friends that for me this is the best place I could have possibly find.

      Cons

      My personal attitude is that is a great place, but I fully understand that, as with any other organisation, it is not a place for everyone. Some people would enjoy more structured and formal environment with clear rules and wouldn't "click" with Infobip. As in any other company, it always depends who are people you are working with. I've worked with a lot of people here and had great experience, but I know that it can never be white or black,and is possible that other people have other experience. My suggestion to everyone is to always check different opinions from people working in particular company, and weight is it something you like. Everyone should find a place which is the best fit for him or her.I found it here, but not everyone will.

      Pros

      The people are amazing top-to-bottom, I enjoy working with everyone I've met in the company. I have never experienced a dull moment at work, and I always tell that if I were to write all the things I would like to do for a living, I'd have a hard time coming up with things that I don't do at my job. The growth of the company makes you feel like you're contributing and gives you a sense of security. I really appreciate my boss who goes above and beyond to create a great working environment in our department. Despite the big workload, there's still time in the day to develop your professional skills and relationships with the people around you. Lots of opportunities to advance and innovate.

      Cons

      Still has a startup spirit which doesn't always go hand in hand with the size of the company and can work against creating a structured working environment. Other than that, can't really think of any cons of working for IB.

We are at the same track with our strategy, as we keep working on development and communication of organisational structure, but there is also a big project involving several departments ongoing when it comes to internal tools development. You may have already saw some changes, and there is more to come!
