Very dissatisfied employees that work here because there are no other job opportunities in the country. You are required to work overtime, and this is not compensated in any way. The walls in Infobip have ears and eyes and most of career advances are based on this rather than the objective results acheived. Salaries are very low and are based on a promises only. Quite big company stil managed like a small start-up that doesn't work anymore. Employees are constantly leaving the company and being replaced by new ones Very stressful There is so called QoS department that acts like secret service or internal police. without any experience outside of the Infobip and without any understanding of the outside Infobip world. If they are not workig here they would probably be unemployed for a long time anywhere in the world because of their very limited knowledge and extremely bad soft skills.
