Really dynamic environment Regular feedbacks Fun projects and clients Learn by doing culture which is awesome when starting career

Just awful middle management who can't motivate people, no vision, less empathic than a rock and overall incompetent (this was the case for InfoSec for the most part, there are some truly inspiring middle managers and leaders elsewhere in company) Micromanagement Work-life balance gets lost easily Nepotism is encouraged Salary is way below industry standard Workforce is less appreciated than olive trees planted in front of Vodnjan HQ HR is unprofessional and can get unpleasant easily Political games all around Sexual harassment and mobbing is normal thing Individuals are creating toxic atmosphere for everyone, however since nepotism is encouraged and same individuals have links in HR - nothing gets done about it Degradation of workers is normal thing, they will easily make you feel worthless

In 2021 we enrolled ESOP (employee stock option plan) to all employees across the staff base ensuring everyone shares in the value they help to create.
