Nice benefits Nice colleagues Very good technology stack Opportunities to learn a lot of useful stuff for your job

Cons

Not that much competitive salary for developers Too much centralized. Lot of stuff depends on Zagreb office, where local offices don't have their own autonomy regarding many things
