Pros

Awesome company to work for. They realize their people are their biggest asset and try really hard to keep them. Regular pay raises, bonuses, other benefits. Managers are equally reviewed by their subordinates, as they review their subordinates. Everything is made transparent in communication. There is whole system in place to make sure you are happy.

Cons

Nothing that I personally experienced.

Great working environment, working with latest business-related technology, large company - opportunity for different career paths and specializations, yearly pay rises and promotions (performance dependent)

Cons

Sometimes heavy workload, a lot of information to process on daily basis, new features are introduced without sufficient training for staff, average salary.

Being a fast expanding company we are aware of the growing pains of having a lot of information to process and changes in directions which is why we are continuously working with department heads and team leads, to prioritize their team’s work, to have more focus in projects and to motivate team members to take regular breaks and to frequently check in with their team about their mental health and workload.
