Being part of a big global company had its benefits, and I enjoyed working with my team

Cons

- Inadequate people put in leadership positions - Lack of clear processes and last-minute information changes - Middle management positions given to people based on friendship rather than skills - Most products are subpar and not even used internally - People are fired frequently, but there's no communication to the rest of the team, causing constant fear

Sales oriented as good for them in terms of perks and benefits in comparison to market

Cons

Sales oriented only, minimum to null attention towards growth of other departments. Pathetic politics, dominance of favoritism and worst hierarchy credit scoring approach specifically in management departments along with dominance of favoritism usually from regional HO specially in MENA region. Not recommended for management positions from Site offices
