Pros

Work from anywhere policy is pretty good

Cons

This is a Croatian company that bought a U.S. company to get into the market. They know nothing about the US market and have ruined this company. They make empty promises and lie about everything. Management has no interest in front line workers Processes are completely broken, it’s ridiculously hard to get your job done, no one takes responsibility for anything and management doesn’t seem to care They will work you to death and give lip service about all the things they are going to do to make your life easier They are systematically working to reduce employee compensation and are firing people who make too much money (I did not get fired, I retired)

Pros

camaraderie is high in the revenue team as they weather the storm together

Cons

Mid mgmt and up has no clue how to work outbound leads nor possess any real strategy when it comes to driving new revenue in NAM but are quick to take responsibility when AE's create their own success. No help from marketing to speak of in my 3 years there. Croatian based company which is where all the decisions are made, good luck in getting straight answers from anyone there or in mid management. Weird dichotomy between people of Croatian ancestry and those who are not. If you're not, you feel like an outsider. Get promoted with no raise in pay as well. Work somewhere else
