Pros

Everyday work is really interesting. I have been lucky to join the team that I joined. Generally, I see Infobip as a healthy workplace which offers opportunity for progress.

Cons

The pay is low. I've had multiple better financial offers, but I've joined because I was interested in the everyday work scope.

Pros

Good free lunch at the beautiful office in Zagreb, great engineering team with lot's of experienced employees. Good DevOps practices.

Cons

Low salaries for comparably hard engineering tasks. At 2023 top management decided to move everyone to the office, to boost communication, and during peak hours the building is practically on it's limit of capacity. Funny thing is that before it tried even to allow work from everywhere in the country. However WFH is permitted for 7-10 per month.
