Low level people on high level positions - mostly Creation people. Constant change, but lack of change management, preparation and learnings. People are closed on feedback, and treat it as an insult or negative thinking, as dont waste your time on it. Management lacks of efficiency and skills on managing international or global organization - one huge mess. Poor people approach, you are just an excel position and could be optimized without any consideration about impact on others, business and partners. Benefits only in HQ. Lack of responsibility based culture.

Management is not supportive at all. Always threatening employees to fire if goals are not met.
