Solid product good benefits I like my colleagues

Cons

There have been some changes introduced in sales leadership. The management team is rigid and they excessively focused on performance and seem to favor certain employees over others. They set unrealistic targets and then punish employees unable to meet them. The atmosphere is tense and oppressive, and I feel like I am constantly walking on eggshells. The managers are unapproachable and unhelpful, and they seemed to take pleasure in seeing employees struggle. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone.

Infobip is a company that is looking for "self starter", "people with purpose", "team members with vision". If you do not have these items this is not the company for you.
