Pros

Great company to work for. Allows innovation at it's core and fast paced. Just the perfect place with the right mindset for people to grow and learn and gain a ton of experience.

Cons

Salaries are non-competitive compared to rest of Europe. Croatia is no longer a cheap country since it's inclusion into the EURO.
