No vision, chaos in all departments, major budget cuts, terrible middle management, no promotions, no raises, all employees forced to come to overcrowded office with horrible working conditions even though company had their "bip anywhere" policies where everyone could choose their way of work but suddenly it's office 1st for all employees without explanation, horrible communication, forced political correctness (probably because of US investors) where employees are encouraged to report their colleagues if they say something "wrong"

I tried to do my job well. I worked out of the time. I wanted to prove that it is good when a developer has initiative and has own opinion. but in Infobip you have to follow commands and do what asks you line manager. You need to keep silent and be submissive. You can do bad solutions but if you are loyal to your boss you will have success. Don't try to argue with him. you will be fired even if you worked here several years.
