Opportunity to get hands on with many technologies I wouldn't otherwise be able to tackle at such early time in career
Cons
Constant micro-management; Overtimes not paid or paid very little; Hard to get vacation; Management is using the employees while not giving proportionally in return. Best way to deal with them is to stand firm ground when asked work favors in a fake friendly manner, only do what you signed up for, and not let them use you.
