Cons

Management is clueless, failing keep up with existing customer requests, all about the sale - less about keeping existing customers. Underpaying at multiple levels.

- Decent pay - Flexible office/remote WFH options - Relevant technology in SaaS space - Discretionary PTO (if you're not loaded to capacity and delivery deadlines) - Snacks in office

Cons

- Has been operating like a small company for too long -Product vision, direction and focus has created uncertain future since a large volume of strategic management has left. - Lots of tech debt in most departments including Engineering and IT - Difficult to grow career and get promoted. Artificial or undocumented roadblocks to promotion. Many forced to leave department or company to get any substantial pay increases.
