Great ethics. Wonderful and friendly management across the globe. Awesome work culture. Good transparency. Excellent remuneration. Apart from all the above, the management does everything they can bring work-life balance to people who seek it. Yoga sessions, trainings, medical checkups, outing - to name a few.

Cons

Nothing I can think of except for the advice below.

Great work Ethics. Great people to work with, HR team is great and always response to anything important Work from Home No micro management. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow. No one takes away your credit. Mostly flat as an organisation and higher management being accessible. Research Lab, R & D Facilities Company is in a continuous transformation which makes everyday learning.

Cons

Food in cafeteria is Ok. need more improvement on Canteen facility
