      No work life balance, political environment, 1-way communication

      Pros

      Nice building, a lot of amenities, and most people are very talented and work really hard.

      Cons

      More than 1/2 of the management (exec or VP) tends to hire friends without the right skills. The communications are 1-way from top. Pay is not fair. Same position can have huge different in salary.

      Wild Wild West very bad managers up to C level

      Pros

      The workers are great people and bend over backwards. Great people on the working level.

      Cons

      Open source product with no future direction except to refresh current products to drive revenue. Weak management and C level team. Most first and second line management have been promoted from within and way over there skill level. Really treat employees bad!!!
