I have never worked for a company where the culture and people are so amazing. It took my a while to get used to and now I consider myself one of the lucky ones to work here. The management is the best I have ever seen, they are so supportive and truly want to see you succeed. Even upper management they care about you, fight for you and want you to be successful. Extra bonuses: I get to work from home which I love, also have a desk in the office when I do go in, free lunches on Tues/Thurs, training classes and a blox buddy that is always there to help you, strategic yet fun weekly 1:1 with my mgr, amazing referral bonuses. I can go on and on. I am so thankful to be apart of this company and look forward to the years to come.

Good company with a leadership position in their market. But, they also compete with "free" and DIY tools, so some clients do not prioritize Infoblox over other projects.

Cons

Remains a low priority for most companies to solve the DIY problems in DNS and IPAM. Prospects can kick the can down the road.
