Pros

Infoblox is the best place to work in the Tacoma area if you are looking for interesting work, modern amenities, and a fun/inclusive culture, The people are brilliantly smart and are changing the world. Discretionary PTO and a lot of additional specialized benefits are great.

Cons

The 401k match is seriously lacking; would be nice to have more support in retirement planning. The Sales team's culture and leadership could significantly improve. Feels toxic and in contrast to the rest of the company.
