As product development and market conditions are shifting towards hybrid multi cloud environments, Infoblox is well positioned for tremendous growth. The leadership team from top to bottom is outstanding with very high caliber and high integrity leaders.

Cons

I have never worked for a company where the culture and people are so amazing. It took my a while to get used to and now I consider myself one of the lucky ones to work here. The management is the best I have ever seen, they are so supportive and truly want to see you succeed. Even upper management they care about you, fight for you and want you to be successful. Extra bonuses: I get to work from home which I love, also have a desk in the office when I do go in, free lunches on Tues/Thurs, training classes and a blox buddy that is always there to help you, strategic yet fun weekly 1:1 with my mgr, amazing referral bonuses. I can go on and on. I am so thankful to be apart of this company and look forward to the years to come.

Pros

Infoblox is a great place to work because there are so many opportunities to grown and succeed. Everyone is smart and professional which makes the working environment stimulating and energizing. I feel challenged and that pushed me to put in my best work every day.

Cons

It's not always easy to run an initiative that helps solve a gap. A lot of unnecessary cross-functional buy in is required before the work can begin and that may feel discouraging at times. That however may be the product of a larger company.
