Pros

Managers really care about their employees. Employees here are incredibly smart, and they do great work. The company is on a path to be highly successful. It's not too big to get exposure and interact with other teams. The office spaces are fun and modern. Infoblox is a good career move in terms of great people, competitive pay, and being part of something big.

Cons

The pace/volume of work is sometimes intense. There is room for improvement in process efficiency. Fully remote roles are becoming less common. There are pockets where Core Values are weaker.

-Been a shift as new leaders have joined in quickened pace & increased expectations -Competing priorities often conflict magnifying difficulty to complete everything accurately in full on time -Decision making & approval related to strategy is often within the hands of a select few
