Few good employees that made my time bearable while employed there. Best part was compensation and benefits;

Big boys club. Most teams are based out of India and they are overworked and underpaid. It breeds a lot of jealousy and does not create room for cohesiveness amongst different teams. Main sales manager lacks a lot of people skills, but he brings in clients, so it is overlooked. Training was not as helpful as you would think but if you can hit metrics with heavy outbound calling, basically seeming like an international telemarketer, you will be considered great.
