I have known this company since 2015 and have closely seen its growth over nearly a decade. Over the years, the organization has made significant improvements in employee benefits and overall work culture. Support for night-shift employees has improved greatly, including free cab pickup and drop, along with free meals and snacks—benefits that were not available earlier. Leave policies and holidays have been enhanced, and HR and company policies have matured over time. The company is now CMMI Level 3, which reflects its process improvements and commitment to quality. Infojini uses modern tools and technologies that genuinely help employees perform their work efficiently and productively. I also appreciate the stability the company offers to employees who are consistent, sincere, and committed to their work.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, there is close monitoring of work and performance. Some employees view this negatively, but in my experience, if you work honestly and deliver consistently, monitoring or PIP is not something to worry about.
