There is nothing to be gained from working at this company

Pros

While this is a great job to learn from and get a new job making a lot more. This is not one you want to stay at for long, it's not sustainable unless you are in the top 1 percent of the company.

Cons

This is a very toxic and hostile environment. CEO is rude, disrespectful, treats people as if they were subhuman. There is a lack of direction but when things out of your control go wrong, you will be blamed and shamed. Save yourself the waste of time and future depression from working here.

No bad employees, only bad management

Pros

All I saw from this company was how the staff were treated and it was bad. Though you can see the staff are tough to endure working with them.

Cons

You know what they say, there's no bad employees, only bad management. That's definitely true in the situation I saw in this company. It was evident from day 1 when I saw managers doing nothing but demand and pressure the entire staff to do their will.

If you’re looking to get back into the workforce or even switch careers fields, Infojini is the agency you want to work with. Not only do they work on your behalf to place you with the best company, they’ll update you when you’re selected for an interview, and when ur hired. They’re supportive and want you to win. They’ll check up on you often, to ensure that you’re settling into your new role. They even ask you to provide feedback on their process so they can tweak their system of things for the betterment of their clients. When it comes to communication, the entire team gets a raise in my book. They will utilize all forms of communication when they need you to act in something that benefits you. (VM, Text, email, birds with a note😂)You even have a go to person to talk to about questions and concerns. If you want to feel appreciated and supported, Infojini, is definitely the agency that’s ahead of the workforce game. Thanks a million for placing me with my new career. I love it here. I appreciate you all to the fullest.

Parking 🅿️. But it’s so worth it. Just get up earlier and find free street parking.
