Pros

Work from home, decent base pay. A handful of the offshore employees are good, along with 1-2 people stateside.

Cons

It is unfortunate that there is so much mismanagement and confusion at every level within Infojini. From the multiple different delivery and recruitment teams competing against each other, and getting mad when another team's candidate is chosen, to never having a clear commission structure and never being paid any sort of incentive or commission, that I was promised. You will be doing SDR type work, but will never receive a cent of commission or incentive pay. You will have a half dozen different commission plans that always conveniently change right before a performance review, or end of year review, so they never have to pay you any extra. You will be spoken down to by the CEO, and made to feel inadequate by him, and there is no real internal support from any HR standpoint. You could hand him a million dollar check, and he would yell at you and say "why isn't it a million and one? you have contributed nothing". You also may have your territories changed up on you every few months, and then be reprimanded for not being able to get a solid foothold in the area, and then unfairly put on a PIP. You cannot reasonably expect people to master a new territory completely in 1-2 months and have showstopping results overnight; that is an incredibly unfair expectation. You will feel setup to fail. There is also no training or real onboarding; you are immediately thrown to the wolves and just expected to figure it out, or told to use ChatGPT for everything. The health insurance, if you can even call it that, is obscenely bad. It is outrageously expensive, and even at the highest package, the benefits it offers are still very bad. There is no retirement or 401K either. You are working for a base pay, doing commission type work. It was a good learning experience, and a shame that things ended the way they did, but this is a very honest and transparent review of my time at Infojini.

Pros

I cannot think of anything positive of this company.

Cons

The communication with my POC was almost impossible, never responded my emails/calls, my paycheck delayed at least 3 times because lack of communication. Definitely will not recommend anyone to work with this cheap company.
