No pick and drop facility for night shift. No job security anytime you can be terminated for no reason No respect for employees.

We also have various performance based improvement plans in case any employee needs support. In an unfortunate event of an employee exit we ensure all formalities are conducted for a smooth exit. We respect all employees and our management's initiatives in building a winning team.

On Time salary with Good food Good environment to work. Good incentives if you crack placements

They fire Anytime A week before I had made 1 offer in which candidate back out(Its not my mistake) I don't know how you will ruin people

Dear Ex-employee we don't fire abrupt, we give enough time and training for our employees to come up the performance curve. When the performance is still not up to the expectations we let them go giving them compensation depending on their tenure.
