      team is working close together , but that is only for our team before the acquisition. working with other teams remotely is easy.

      Cons

      lay our whole team off without warning even though they said they have "5 years plan" for us.

      Pros

      Infor, at least in Manila, has good processes in terms of the software development life cycle. It has a relatively flat structure, and lots of training is provided.

      Cons

      The products aren't always the most exciting to work on, but that is to be expected from an ERP company. Otherwise, there are very few downsides to working there.
