Pros
The company is growing so rapidly that there are seemingly endless possibilities for a career path. Even though Infor is so large, it still has the feeling of being a small company. Each office globally seems very well connected. Even though a single department spans every different time zone, those within the department do their best to keep everyone connected and working together.
Cons
Because of the immense growth, policies and operations are constantly changing. This is not a huge issue, but take a little getting used to and a lot of patience.
