Pros

Management is open to get feedback from employees, open, diverse culture. Relative autonomy, we can come up with own improvements and work on them. Company supports learning. Generally, good place to be. One of the biggest AWS cloud implementation in the world. There is always something new to learn. The company has a vision and is able to convert dreams in actions and solutions. I am happy to be a part of it (after years of experience in other startups and corporations).

Cons

The application teams have their autonomy. That means that they have their own subcultures. Few teams are more difficult to work with and probably not pleasant to be part of either. Company is really trying to get rid of jerks, but with 17k employees you cannot catch everything. Of course, it's a corporation, we have processes, etc. regular stuff.
