      Pros

      You can manage your time They are not strict with RTO hours , there was a minimum hours to render in office and the remaining hours can take as WFH ( depend on team) There are groups that provides extra activities you can join on.

      Cons

      No performance bonus but do have increase yearly (depend also on company performance) Lack of training support
