I’m really happy working at Infor. They use Principle-Based Management (PBM), which makes the work environment respectful and trusting. There’s no micromanagement, so I have freedom in my work and a great work-life balance. The people here are very supportive, and there’s a strong feeling of teamwork. Everyone is open to sharing knowledge and helping each other. Overall, it’s a positive place to work, and I’m glad to be part of it!
