Pros

Some very smart people expecially in the field. Product dev and support is very good.

Cons

Not very employee or customer centric. Deal oriented and most people are considered replaceable parts or cogs in the wheel. Lots of chiefs and too few Indians......Those closest ot the customer and the transaction have the least authority. Pressure from the "ivory tower" makes people do irrational and unnatural things to get deals done in the quarter.

Effort to accommodate work-life balance, but only for favored employees.

Cons

Little knowledge of other opportunities in the company because it's so disjointed. HR seems not to be very knowledgeable about related laws and does things that may not be legal.
