      Lot of opportunities, good communication with employees, great international presence, invested in leadership programs

      Cons

      Wish they had invested in innovation and had a wider range of products. Spent far more money than they could afford to in my opinion

      Flexible time (vacation and work from home) Initial good pay

      Cons

      Nepotism (the wife and sister of the Senior VP of Development work there and are treated special) No performance reviews, salary raises are not given by performance and they are given very rarely Management play games and pit people against each other. Sexual harrasment is not taken seriously. People gets involved with their boss, get promotions and nobody is fired when it becomes known. Projects are cancel all the time. There is not a good strategy for joining all their products

      Pros

      Infor has some of the most pleasant talented people I have ever worked with, the home working policy allows you to work out of the office when not customer facing

      Cons

      No performance reviews, strategy for career progression, and merit based pay increments. You get back what you can negotiate, not what you earn from making a contribution.
