      Fantastic, really fantastic, colleagues, inspiring leadership and a fantastic place to learn and grow. Good support and a wonderful balance of fun and professionalism. Hard work is recognised and rewarded really well. Loads of women at the top! Great product and good Go To Market strategy

      80 % product testing is done by automation script execution Talented automation resources serving organization Even with the available infrastructure automation team is delivering good quality script and reducing test back logs

      No recognition and rewards for automation team Automation team is not treated as part of QA team Person who is working on manual testing and not aware of scripting will try to drive automation test process. Since he is having very good support from new director. Test case were out dated and No one cares about updating to current application behavior
